David Miller

Managing Director

David is a delivery-focused Programme and Portfolio Manager with over 25 years’ experience in highly regulated engineering environments, including the nuclear defence and energy sectors. He has successfully led complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects as both Framework Director and Programme Manager, consistently meeting cost, schedule, and quality requirements. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and risk management, David brings trusted leadership to critical engineering programmes.

Technical Director

Andrew’s hands-on leadership ensures that every project is completed to the highest standards, on time and to specification, underpinned by a commitment to excellence and integrity.

Victoria Miller

Office & Digital Media Manager

Victoria has over 30 years of leadership and management experience, including a senior role in the NHS where she led a team of more than 30 staff. Skilled in operational management, compliance, and health and safety, she now supports LSV by combining her expertise with a focus on digital media. Victoria plays a key role in ensuring efficient office functions while strengthening the organisation’s online presence.s.
